Intuition
Who brews your trading tea? If you allow your intellect alone to make all your trading decisions, you will drastically limit your trading experience. Thoughts are tasteless. Intuition introduces itself with colorful images, inner music playing, or the fragrance of a flower brushing your face. Intuition caresses the trader alive.
Siren Song
The mind is dangerous, leading the trader down dead-end alleys, a Siren song in his ears, lulling him into robotic routine, draining him of life-energy, threatening to make a ship wreck of his life. Mind without heart is lifeless, turning engagement into boredom, fun into facts, and life into death.
The Mind Kills
Traders cannot live by conceptions alone. Rather than worshiping the intellect, realize that it is just a tool. Like a sword, keep your intellect sharp but sheathed, using it only when absolutely necessary. Like a sword, the mind kills, dissecting original ideas, leaving their fragments to rot,
